Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept select insurance plans. We are currently in-network with OHP (open card) and Medicare. Additionally, we are in the process of credentialing with the following insurance providers: UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda, PacificSource, and Aetna. Stay tuned as we expand our network to better serve you!

Do you accept new patients?

Yes! Reach out to schedule an appointment now. You can go to the scheduling tab to schedule online or call us at 971-704-5382. We look forward to caring for you!

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need of care. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment.

If you miss your appointment without notice (a "no-show"), this may also result in a fee and could impact your ability to schedule future appointments.

What are your payment options?

We accept debit and credit cards in-person or you can pay via the online patient portal. We do accept cash as well. At this time, checks are not accepted.

What conditions do you treat?

At Blue Rain Medical, we treat a wide variety of conditions to support the overall health of individuals and families. Common conditions we manage include:

What do I do if I need urgent care?

If you experience a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department immediately.

For non-emergency situations, Blue Rain Medical provides a 24/7 answering service. If you need assistance after hours, please call our office, and the answering service will direct your message to the appropriate on-call provider. For urgent but non-life-threatening issues, you may also consider visiting a local urgent care facility.

Do you offer telehealth services?

Yes, Blue Rain Medical offers telehealth services for your convenience. Patients can access virtual care for a variety of non-emergency conditions, including follow-up visits, medication management, and consultations for minor illnesses.

To schedule a telehealth appointment, simply contact our office or use our online booking system. Once scheduled, you’ll receive instructions on how to connect with your provider via a secure video platform. Telehealth allows us to provide care wherever you are, ensuring you get the medical attention you need without leaving home.

What is your process for refilling medication?

For established patients, prescription refills can be requested in several ways:

  • Online Portal: Log in to our secure patient portal to request refills directly from your provider.

  • Phone: Call our office during business hours, and we’ll assist with processing your refill request.

  • Pharmacy: You can also ask your pharmacy to submit a refill request to our clinic on your behalf.

For new patients, an initial consultation is required before any prescriptions can be filled. Please schedule an appointment with us to discuss your medical needs and determine the appropriate treatment.

For all refills, please allow 48 hours for processing.

Do you have a patient portal?

Yes, Blue Rain Medical offers a secure patient portal for your convenience. Through the portal, patients can:

  • Access health records and lab results

  • Communicate with providers

  • Request prescription refills

  • Manage appointments and view upcoming visits

Established patients will receive login details and instructions on how to access the portal after their first visit. New patients will gain access once they’ve had their initial appointment and set up their account.
